Data deletion
You can request deletion of your STR Regs account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the same address you used to sign up (Google or email/password).
- Use the subject line:
Delete my STR Regs account. - Include the account email. If you signed in with Google, say so.
We will delete or irreversibly de-identify your account profile (email, name fields, Google subject link, sessions, and password reset tokens) within 30 days, usually sooner.
What we delete
- Your user record and authentication credentials / Google link
- Active sessions and password-reset tokens
What we may retain
Limited security or billing-related logs may be retained for a short period where required for fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or legal obligations. Those logs are not used for marketing.
Google sign-in
Deleting your STR Regs account removes our stored Google subject link. You can also revoke app access in your Google Account permissions.
